Charlotte A. Williams

Executive Vice President

Ms. Williams has over 30 years of experience in the investment and financial services industry. She began her career at Colonial Consulting Corporation, an investment consulting firm in New York. The firm focused on not-for-profit organizations. Over time, she advanced to become Executive Vice President/Director of the Performance Reporting Group, overseeing over $5 billion in assets. In this role, she also served as a Relationship Manager, managing multiple key accounts. During her 20-year tenure, she contributed to growing the firm’s client base from 10 to 68 clients, with assets under management increasing from $300 million to over $11 billion.

In 2006, she joined Rockefeller & Co., Inc., where she worked with both institutional and high-net-worth clients. By the second half of 2011, Charlotte relocated to Naples and joined Strategic Gold Corporation. As the Client Services Relationship Manager at Strategic Gold, she continues to leverage her vast experience. Charlotte holds a BA in Biology from Rosary College and a Certificate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University.

David Y. Williams Jr.

Executive Vice President

David Y. Williams, Jr. brings over 30 years of experience in the securities industry. He started his career in 1983 as a floor broker on the Midwest Stock Exchange. In 1987, he moved to the New York Stock Exchange and built equity trading operations for several firms. Notably, he worked at Richardson Greenshields, Glenwood Securities, and Wellington Shields. His responsibilities included marketing, compliance, and personnel operations. David is also a Principal of Universal Services and a Director of Strategic Gold Corporation. He holds Series 7 and Series 63 registrations and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. After five years as an infantry officer, he retired from the Army as a Captain.

Christopher Y. Williams

Co-Founder/Chief Executive Officer

Christopher Y. Williams has more than 20 years of experience in the investment and financial services industry. He began his career on the floor of the NYSE and later served as the Chief Operations Officer at Anchor Investment Management, a registered investment advisory firm for the Anchor family of mutual funds. In addition, Christopher was the financial principal for Wincanton Partners (formerly Meeschaert & Co.), a registered broker-dealer. He also founded Cardinal Investment Services, which provides administrative services to mutual funds, pooled investment funds, and private trusts. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration from the Katz Graduate School of Business.

Michael C. Williams

Co-Founder/President

Michael C. Williams has over 18 years of experience in the investment and financial services industry, with a focus on institutional and retail clients. He began his career on the Midwest Stock Exchange and became a Series-7 Registered Representative with Glenwood Securities. For nine years, he managed the execution of client equity orders on the NYSE floor. His keen interest in historical trend analysis led him to study the financial markets extensively. Michael has presented nationally and internationally on risk management and the importance of owning precious metals. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Christendom College and pursued graduate studies at Mt. St. Mary’s University and Pontificia Università della Santa Croce.

David Y. Williams Sr.

(1930-2022)

David Y. Williams Sr. had nearly 70 years of experience in the investment and financial services industry. His career began in the 1950s as a security analyst at Continental Illinois Bank. Throughout the 1960s and 1970s, he held leadership positions with firms like Ralph W. Davis & Co., J.R. Timmins & Company, E.F. Hutton & Co., and James Capel. In 1981, David became President of Meeschaert & Co. Inc. and Anchor Investment Management Corp. Over the years, he was a member of several prestigious stock exchanges, including New York, Chicago, and Toronto. In 1990, he co-founded Universal Gold Ltd., an International Business Company registered in the British Virgin Islands. He also served as President and Director of several companies, including Wincanton Partners and Strategic Gold Corporation. David held a degree from Georgetown University and served as a naval officer in the U.S. Navy.
