1. Open an Account

To open an account, applicants must submit a Clear Title Account Application along with supplemental identification and a signed Bailment Agreement. You can download these forms directly from the Application Download Center.

We will review your application immediately. If all the requirements are met, we can establish your new account in just minutes.

2. Fund Your Account

Before purchasing precious metals, your account must be funded. You can fund your Clear Title Account via bank wire or check. Once we receive your funds, Strategic Gold will issue a Receipt of Good Funds, and you will then be able to buy precious metals at your discretion.

3. Purchase Gold or Silver

After funding your account and verifying the receipt of good funds, you are free to buy gold or silver. Our Account Executives are always available to consult before you place a written order. Upon receiving your order, Strategic Gold will execute the trade immediately within the Primary Market. For each trade, you will receive a Transaction Detail Receipt that lists each purchase by quantity and price.

On the settlement date (T+2), Strategic Gold will issue a Clear Title Transaction Detail Receipt, which details each bullion bar by hallmark, serial number, weight, and purity.

4. Vault Your Precious Metals

Strategic Gold partners with world-class vaulting services to ensure the secure storage of your precious metals. These vaults are strategically located around the world and maintain strong reputations for safety. As a Clear Title Account holder, you can select a secure global vault to store your physical gold and silver. Your bullion will be stored on a 100% physically “allocated” basis, meaning the metals are physically present and held separately in your name. You can always visit the vault, withdraw your metals in person, or have them shipped to any domestic or international address.

5. Manage Your Account

You can monitor and track your investments securely through your online account. Our technology platform gives you complete oversight of your transactions and holdings.
